About Sundance:
Q. What are your hours of operation?
A. We are open Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, 9am to 7pm; Friday 8am to 3pm, and Saturday 8am to 1pm.
Q: Do you accept walk-ins
A: Yes. However, we highly recommend you make an appointment for the day and time that best fits your schedule.
Q: What is the best way to get my questions answered regarding my hair, skin, or make-up?
A: We recommend you schedule a COMPLIMENTARY 15-minute personal consultation with a member of our professional team to have your questions answered.
About Services:
Q: When should I wash my hair before an updo?
A: We recommend washing your hair the day before your updo. Also, be sure to wear a button down shirt and it is helpful if you bring a picture of the updo you desire. If you do not have a picture feel free to come in a few minutes early to look at the many pictures we have at Sundance.
Q: What should I wear when I come in for a facial or massage?
A: We provide you with a robe and facial gown. Each treatment room has a private changing area.
Q: How much hair growth do I need before body waxing.
A: One quarter inch growth is recommended for body waxing.
Q: How do I apply my makeup?
A: We offer makeup lessons where one of our team members will apply makeup to half your face while teaching you how to perform the techniques. Then it will be your turn to apply what you have learned to the other side of your face while the team member coaches you through.
